IE 11 is not responding on 2012 RDSH

Problem:

After user logs in to desktop and opens Internet Explorer 11 it becomes unresponsive

No Windows Event Viewer messages.

Symptoms:

IE Group Policy is in place to run Internet Explorer in "Enhanced Protected Mode" 

"Isolation' Registry key is set to "PMEM"

Possible Resolution(s): 

Create "Registry" rule to delete a value from registry

  • Action: Delete Value
  • Key: Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main
  • Value: Isolation

Save and "Update" the configuration.

Download the updated configuration to client tools path.
