Support requested FlexDisk logs from ProfileUnity server. The logs should be in "Debug" mode.
Login to the server the ProfieUnity console is installed on.
Stop the the service called: Liquidware Labs FlexDisk Service
Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Liquidware Labs\ProfileUnity\FlexDisk and open the FlexDiskService.exe.config file with Notepad.
Find the following entry, which can be set to ERROR or FATAL and replace with DEBUG (setting is case-sensitive)
Save changes and exit Notepad.
Start the Liquidware Labs FlexDisk Service
FlexDisk will now log in Debug mode.
