Problem: ProfileUnity.Net Service is started but webpage does not display
Solution:
This could be due to corrupt hash entry
Or
Also, after upgrading from GA1 to GA3, you don’t get a login page and the service is running do the following.
Edit C:\Program Files (x86)\Liquidware Labs\ProfileUnity.NET\ProfileUnity.Host.exe.settings
- <CertificateHash>fb7de4049a117d9773edf671b33dd94cb5af1aab</CertificateHash>
- blank out the hash.
- <CertificateHash></CertificateHash>
- then start service again
Note: Please make sure you are using newest downloaded installer, this issue only appears to users running GA1 version.
GA1 installer's name is ending in: *v5.5gab1.exe
GA3 installer's name is ending in: *v5.5gab3.exe or "gab4.exe" etc. etc.
