Yes. To fix the issue with published applications not running, open up regedit on yourXenApp server and browse to the following location:
For the Userinit value you will need to replace C:\Program Files\ProfileUnity\userinit.exewith c:\Windows\system32\userinit.exe.
Note: For 4.7.1 and later this should be automatic and ctxinit.exe is used instead of userinit.exe
