Wallpaper settings aren't being saved.
User's desktop background gets reset to default each time they get a new machine, usually at recompose or in non-persistent VDI for each new session.
There are two settings that need to be captured in order for user's wallpaper to be saved. The first is the setting in the registry that points to the wallpaper file. Run regedit and browse to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Desktop\General . This is the tree that you need to capture. To capture this add the following rule to your Windows Appearance ruleset:
Merge Tree Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Desktop\General
Then under this tree find the WallpaperSource value. This is the value that points to the file that is set as your wallpaper. Check the contents of this value to make sure that this file is in a location that will be captured by either Portability Settings or Folder Redirection.
Remember to re-download your new configuration settings after you make any configuration change so that users can get the benefit of your changes.
