ProfileUnity will not start during user logon, Windows Terminal Server

Problem: After finishing all the required configuration steps like GPO and ProfleUnity directory within \Netlogon with all client files and ini. ProfileUnity will not launch and no splash screen shows up when a user logs in. I also check to make sure the user is part of ProfileUnity security group.
 
Symptoms:  No splash screen during logon to Windows terminal server. No "Program Files\ProfileUnity" directory present on windows terminal server.
      
Possible Resolution(s):

 "Computer GPO" is applied during restart of the sytem.  The ProfileUnity will not install itself because there was no restart.

There are two solutions:

a) Log in to Terminal Server as an admin and run "Startup.vbs" from the Netlogon\ProfileUnity directory.  Than try to log in again with regular user. 

b) Restart the Terminal Server. Than try to log in again with regular user.
