Product: ProfileUnity

Product Version: 5.5

Expires on: 365 days from publish date

Updated: August 8, 2013

When I published my Microsoft Project to a VDI desktop and started the application, "Windows Installer" launches and its asking for "PrjProWW.msi" it also looking for this file in this path: C:\MSOCache\All Users\

Project Standard users will get a message prompting them for: "PrjStdWW.msi"

Possible Resolution(s):

There are a couple potential workarounds.

Option A.

When you are capturing Microsoft Office Application using FlexApp Packaging Console please make sure that this FPC system does not have pre-existent C:\MSOCache directory.

Option B.

The base/gold image you are using for your VDI deployment can NOT have C:\MSOCache directory created.
