Online Upgrade from v5.6 to v5.7 Appear To Hang When Using Internet Explorer

When updating from within the ProfileUnity 5.6 console to v5.7, using IE9, 10 or 11, the upgrade process will appear to hang and not indicate the status of the upgrade.





Possible Resolution(s):

ProfileUnity is successfully updated in the background, however due to a bug in v5.6, the page fails to reload.  To resolve, simply REFRESH the page, login and confirm version 5.7 is now listed on the About page.  If it does not list 5.7, the upgrade process may still be running  or was not successful and it is recommended to click UPDATE once more. 


Click: Refresh

Click: Update again (if prompted)
