After Upgrade to ProfileUntiy 5.7 the Web Console Displays error

After upgrading to version ProfileUnity 5.7, I am unable to log into the Web Management Console



The following web error appears after I upgrade and I attempt to access the Management Console:


You are unable to connect to the Web Interface via your default Port listed.


Possible Resolution(s):

Go into Services: Control Panel | Administrative Tools | Services –Or-  Start | run | services



Stop and Start ProfileUnity Web Services API.  Log back into the Web Management Console.
