Check both files listed here for corruption or wrong format:
Default.ini - Try downloading the ini from profileunity console again
If the file was edited with notepad. Re-open the default.ini in notepad and save the file in "ANSI" format not "UTF-8" format.
profileunity.lic - Redownload your profileunity.lic from e-mail received from Liquidware Labs Inc.
