When trying to login to ProfileUnity Console I receive an Error:
"User was denied access"
This is known defect. Please follow instructions below to resolve your issue.
- Stop "ProfileUnity Web Service API"
- Backup "ProfileUntiy.WindowsManagement.dll" found in "C:\Program Files\Liquidware Labs\ProfileUnity.NET"
- Copy attached (to this KB) file to "C:\Program Files\Liquidware Labs\ProfileUnity.NET"
- Start "ProfileUnity Web Service API"
Upgrade ProfileUnity to newest version of ProfileUnity (5.7 Update 1) when it becomes available. Please check release notes.
