Problem:

Microsoft Dynamics CRM plugin for Outlook that keeps asking to be reinstalled every time the users logs in.

 

Symptoms:

Microsoft Dynamics CRM plugin for Outlook that keeps asking to be reinstalled every time the users logs in.

AppData Roaming and AppData Local are redirected to UNC path

 

Possible Resolution(s):

The application is breaking because it does not when AppData folders are redirected to UNC path 

Example: \\Sever\Share\Username\AppData\Roaming

The fix is to redirect Application Data to VHD disk (Mounted to a path)
