None of the portability settings are not saved and restored - empty rulesets issue
ProfileUnity splash screen appears during logon / logoff suggesting Profile Unity executed,; however no settings get restored / saved.
The portability log shows the following error.

In order to fix this problem, it is necessary to make sure that the ruleset fields in Portability settings are not empty.
- Please note, in the example below the ruleset is set to "NONE".
- Once the NONE ruleset setting is changed to a proper ruleset( in this case the MAPI settings ruleset), the portability settings should start workining.
- Once changed hit "save" and "update".
- Make sure to update your configuration INI file onto the netlogon server.
