Default Windows Explorer Libraries are missing on non-persistent desktop

Problem:

When user logs in to the desktop their default Libraries are missing.

Example:

Missing_Libraries.jpg

Symptoms:

 After right clicking on the "Libraries" and selecting "Restore default libraries" they are restored but missing next time they log back in to another non persistent desktop. 

 

Possible Resolution(s):


The problem is that Application data is not persisting. 

The "Libraries" are located in Application Data directory:

"C:\users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Libraries"

Verify that you are saving this directory using

a) Portability

or

b) Folder Redirection.
