After installation of ProfileUnity, the user opens the web console and the following message appears:

During installation of ProfileUnity, the user is prompted to specify a service user account and password.
If this password starts with a number (0-9), a pound sign/hash mark (#), or other special characters, the message above may appear. This has been resolved in ProfileUnity 6.5.1.
If the password contains a caret sign (^) in any position, the problem may also occur. This issue is due to be fixed in the next service release.
Change the password of the service account or use a different account. If you have a snapshot of the VM, we recommend reverting to the previous snapshot before reinstalling.
