In limited cases this happened after upgrade to ProfileUnity 6.5.x

DIA applications are in use and VirtFsService.exe is taking a lot of CPU

The DIA applications were packaged using ProfileUnity 6.0 or earlier (FlexApp 1.0)

Possible Resolution:

Disable DIA package from earlier date.

Re-capture the application using the newest FlexApp Packaging console (ProfileUnity 6.5.2 or later)

Assign the new DIA package to the pool. The VirtFsService.exe should not be ballooning anymore.
