DIA will not work for some users or all users.

When Debug Mode is enabled there is an error:

FLexAppDIA - Exception - Virtual Child Disk could not be created.. Exit code was:5. Message was: Access is denied.



VHD log:

Failed to create the virtual disk path: C:\FADIA-T\



1. Verify that all the users have rights to access location where VHD DIA disks are stored (usually UNC share) .

2. Verify the Removable devices are allowed in your environment.

3. If the customer is using Dell Desktop Authority, and has the USB Device Security client installed, VHD FlexApps will not work.
