Problem:

Unable to retrieve details for license group “XYZ\ProfileUnity” ProfileUnity will not apply settings for users that are a not a member of this group. Please contact Liquidware Labs for licensing assistance.

 

Symptoms:


At logon users receive the following information

Unable to retrieve details for license group “XYZ\ProfileUnity” ProfileUnity will not apply settings for users that are a not a member of this group. Please contact Liquidware Labs for licensing assistance.

Your GPresult shows the following.

 

 

 

Resource '$(string.Advanced_EnableSSL3Fallback)' referenced in attribute displayName could not be found. File C:\Windows\PolicyDefinitions\inetres.admx, line 795, column 308

 

Resolution:

1. Before you follow the second step please make sure to verufy the ProfileUnity licensing group is of a "Global" type.

 

 

2. The correct type is "Global". If you have a correct type setup and you still experience problem , please remove and recreate your ADM ProfileUnity  template when convenient.
