This could be due to timezone not being properly configured in the Stratusphere Hub console.
Log into the Stratusphere Hub console using ssconsole/sspassword and run "show system" to check your timezone. Make sure its exactly your time by also checking the "set system timezone <value>" and "set system time <yyyymmddhhmm>" values. If not, use the "set system timezone ?" command to get an exhaustive list of timezone values. Use the right values for your timezone and also set up your NTP servers using the "show ntp" command. Make sure you issue a "write" command at the end. After doing so, log back into the Stratusphere Web UI and check if data appears in the reports.
