Problem:

Support Requests Diag Logs from Stratusphere Hub

 

Symptoms:

Stratusphere Hub runs into some error that is not obvious, and support needs additional logs from Stratusphere Hub to diagnose the problem.

 

Possible Resolution(s): 

Log onto Stratusphere Hub with your admin account (default admin account is 'ssadmin'), and access the following link:

https://<YOUR-STRATUSPHERE-HUB>/vscenter/app/admin/im-diag.html

And enter username 'diag' password 'diag'

Once login, click on Download Logs link on the upper right corner.  You may email the log files to Support, or request a FTP account from us and upload it to LWL for further diagnosis.
