Problem:

FlexApp DIA Apps Do Not Appear or Take A Long Time To Appear On Second User Login

Symptoms:

After a User has logged in and out with FlexApp DIA apps, the next User to login does not see their FlexApp DIA apps appear or takes a long time (several minutes) for them to appear

Possible Resolution(s):

 

Resolution

Persistent vms:

  1. Edit the configuration that is being use to playback FlexApp DIA apps.
  2. Create two new User Defined Script rules, one to Stop the the Liquidware Labs Container Service on logoff, another to start the service back up:

  1. Save/update config with new rules and deploy to netlogon.
  2. The Liquidware Labs Container Service is now stopped and restarted on each logoff. 

 

Non-Persistent vms:

  1. Edit the configuration that is being use to playback FlexApp DIA apps.
  2. Create a new User Definited Scipt rules, one to Stop the the Liquidware Labs Container Service on logoff, another to start the service back up:

  1. Save/update config with new rules and deploy to netlogon.
  2. The Liquidware Labs Container Service is now stopped and restarted on each logoff. 

 

Notes

This should NOT be used on RDSH machines.
