The ProfileUnity Splash Screen Exits After Initializing on Non-English Clients

On a non-English OS clients the ProfileUnity client exists after initializing and does not process any modules.


The behavior is similar to the behavior seen when the licensed group cannot be read from AD.

Possible Resolution(s):

There will need to be a  registry entry added to your GPO.
