Problem:

VHD's mounted to path do not have correct rights on Server 2016 (excludes VHD's mounted as Profiledisk)

Resolution:

1.  Create a Powershell script (and placed in Netlogon\ProfileUnity) as VHDACL.ps1

Contents of script

$varUsername = $env:USERNAME

$varUserdomain = $env:USERDOMAIN

$volName = "C:\\Users\\$varUsername\\AppData\\Local\\Microsoft\\Outlook\\"

$vol = Get-WMIObject -Class Win32_Volume -Filter "Name='$volName'"

$link = $vol.DeviceID

icacls.exe "$link" /grant "$varUserdomain\${varUsername}:(OI)(CI)(F)"

2.  Create a user defined script as following
