How to Compact a VHD/VHDX

A VHD's size is much larger on disk vs what is seen in the disk's volume.  This is caused by bloating of the information in the disk

Possible Resolution(s):

To help combat this Liquidware has developed a compacting tool to use against the VHD's to help shrink them back to a nominal size.

**Note**: To help prevent disk bloat on a ProfileDisk, additional configuration rules can be added. In some cases the rules have been added to recent configuration templates.
